[paddlepaddle] PaddlePaddle vulnerable to code injection via winstr

In PaddlePaddle before 2.4, paddle.audio.functional.get_window is vulnerable to code injection because it calls eval on a user-supplied winstr. This may lead to arbitrary code execution.
