The German economy is set to grow by just 0.2% this year, the government announced in its annual report to be published in Berlin on Wednesday – an improvement from its previous estimate. Economy Minister Robert Habeck was to present the report, which was made available to dpa, later in the day. The prediction is up on the autumn forecast of a decline in gross domestic product for 2023 as a whole.
