A deputy minister in Ukraine has been arrested for accepting a six-figure bribe, according to media reports. The National Anti-Corruption Bureau carried out a house search on the deputy minister for the development of municipalities, territories and infrastructure, Vasyl Losynskii, and detained him, the internet newspaper Ukrainska Pravda reported on Saturday. The ministry dismissed the top official after the news broke of his arrest. Losynskii is accused of taking a bribe of €400,000 ($435,000) for the purchase of power generators.
