A ministerial meeting between France and Germany, which was postponed last autumn amidst reports of frosty relations, is set to take place this Sunday on the 60th anniversary of the treaty which reconciled the formerly hostile neighbours. German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, French President Emmanuel Macron and members of both parliaments will meet in Paris to discuss the economy and energy, defence and European policy, according to Berlin and Paris.
