French President Emmanuel Macron had some words of comfort to his national team after the 4-2 shoot-out defeat to Argentina at the World Cup final in Qatar. “Les Bleus made us dream,” Macron wrote on Twitter. The French president is in Qatar since the semi-final win over Morocco. After the game against Argentina, Macron was on the pitch comforting the French players and also handed out medals to the runners-up.
