Emergency forces continue to search for missing people after a Russian missile hit a high-rise residential building in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro. The military governor of the Dnipropetrovsk region, Valentyn Reznichenko, said on Tuesday that 90% of the rubble had been cleared, but that people could still be lying there.
