In the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, December 21 last year, was Luke Miles. The 29-year-old from Newbury, said to have been of no fixed address, admitted intentionally exposing his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress. Mr Miles was further charged with being drunk and disorderly on the same occasion but this was withdrawn by the prosecution. Finally, he pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer in the course of his duty….
