German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock has condemned rape in conflicts and wars such as in Ethiopia and Ukraine as a war crime, during a visit to Ethiopia. She said international humanitarian law was clear. “The protection of civilians is also the top priority in armed conflicts.
