[cleo] cleo is vulnerable to Regular Expression Denial of Service (ReDoS)

An exponential ReDoS (Regular Expression Denial of Service) can be triggered in the cleo PyPI package, when an attacker is able to supply arbitrary input to the Table.set_rows method.
