Chinese researchers claim to have created three “super cows” that can annually produce up to 18 tons of milk, that’s 17,500 liters, or 37,000 pints – more than double the average cow in the UK. The announcement by Chinese state media on Wednesday comes as the country is attempting to break the “stranglehold” of having to import cows from overseas.
