Planning permission is being sought to extend a house in Headcorn Road, Staplehurst, to create a dental clinic to one side while preserving the building as a home. The proposal, lodged by Wole Adeloye, of Beacondent in Bromley, would see a two-storey rear extension added to the property known as Chantilly, and a first-floor side extension.
