The electric car manufacturer Tesla can continue to operate its charging stations in Germany for the time being, according to a court decision on Tuesday. The Frankfurt Regional Court rejected an application for an injunction against the installation and transfer of the charging stations, a court spokeswoman said. The application had been filed by the Munich-based charging operator Wirelane, which has to bear the costs of the proceedings, amounting to €100,000 ($109,000).
