Olympic time trial champion Primoz Roglic will not compete at next year’s Tour de France because his Jumbo-Visma team is focussing its efforts on reigning champion Jonas Vingegaard. Jumbo-Visma said at their team presentation Thursday that Slovenia’s Roglic will instead be at the Giro d’Italia where his rivals will include Belgian world champion Remco Evenepoel.
